Shipping Info: All domestic orders are shipped by USPS within 48 business hours of placing the order.

International orders are shipped using USPS's international tracked service, with the package being passed to the domestic mail delivery service in the destination country before delivery to the customer. Delivery times will vary depending on delivery destination, and may also be subject to import taxes.

To ensure that your order arrives successfully, all shipping prices quoted on the site are for recorded delivery.

Return Policy: Items may be returned in as new condition posted within 14 days of purchase.

All goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to Pullstring - please make sure to send all returns via recorded delivery to ensure their arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if items have clearly been used, worn, or otherwise soiled after purchase.
